Blackburn Construction Group is a locally-based, privately-held Florida corporation, and works closely with Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Manufacturer’s and jurisdictions having authority (JHA) in the proposed project locations.   Tim Blackburn is originally from Clearwater, and has a Family Legacy in Pinellas County in the Construction Industry. For over 2 decades, Tim Blackburn has represented some of the strongest commercial roofing and waterproofing manufacturers as their roofing professional. With a strong focus on attention to detail, structures of permanence and quality, we appreciate our client relationship.

We participate with local members of our industries professional organizations such as National Roofing Contractors Association, and Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association, Consultant Specification Institute Tampa Bay and are an active State of Florida Licensed Building Contractor. Our goal for projects awarded is to work with local licensed contractors in an effort to support the local community.  Our vision is “to be a highly sought-after Construction Manager by building quality"
